How to have BEAST workouts at home ! V2 !

    November 13, 2013, 8:50 am

In this home workout you are going to need only a Blance ball. This routine has a main goal of getting blood into the different muscle groups that it works. It is a great routine if you simply don't feel like lifting weights, or if you want to use a bodyweight exercsie workout ! It is great to start out as a beginner with workouts like these, however if you don't have the blance and the core for the balance ball yet, simply drop it out of the routine ! Also drop down the reps if it is to much (or add more if it is to little).

Also make sure to check out my first version of working out at home:

Dips with your arms (example) on a table, and your legs on the balance ball

    Jumping lunges

Wow William!  This is a great workout for sure!

I am always making my friends to spider-man push-ups.  They "love" them.

You should make a video of this routine explaining it man.. All you need is a flip cam!  Or, do the 10+ rounds!!!  I know you are an advanced Athlete... and I want to see you in pain!  Everyone gets to see me in pain haha :) #HTH

0_0 WOW! This looks intese. I'm gonna have to try this out.

I was lucky enough to be invited to workout with my local university ROTC program and they do a lot of these exercises and it's intense! I was dying in a puddle of my own sweat but the satisfaction of completing all the rounds is totally worth it!
