I am looking for ideas for at home leg exercises. Usually I do one leg pistol squats, one leg wall plank (I think that is what it is called, basically it is like sitting with my back against the wall with one leg raised), jump squats, lunges, and them calve raises. I am trying to find a place at my house where I can do glute/hamstring raises. I do have dumbells that I use for lunges, squats, and step ups on chairs, but I want ideas that do not require dumbells. My goal is to build more muscle mass and strength in my legs.

Hey man!

Looks like you have some good exercises in there to do at home.

You have jump squats, so you could also do jumping alternate lunges. If you have something high-ish and solid you could do box jumps. You could do some glute bridges without any weight, and you could also do lunges working on one leg at a time with one leg up on a bench or your couch or whatever and the other on the floor.

Anyway, these are just a few suggestions, there's probably more.

Hope this helps! #HTH

Thanks Jordan! I'll definitely look up glute bridges because I haven't heard of those before. I appreciate the help!
