EXERCISE
Toe touch
Biecycle
Double crunch
Lying knee raises
Fireball
Plank (change sides for each round 30 seconds
10 reps e / exercise
Round Ranges
3 rounds: Beginner
5 rounds: Intermediate
8 rounds: Advanced
10+ rounds: Athlete / bodybuilder
If you want to destroy your triceps at home then this will do the trick !
EXERCISE
Dips
Close grip push ups
Body up
Judo push ups
Push ups with your legs elevated (not directly a triceps exercise BUT you will feel it after the other ones)
Do 10 reps e / exercise
Round Ranges
3 rounds: Beginner
5 rounds: Intermediate
8 rounds: Advanced
10+ rounds: Athlete / bodybuilder
