I thought it would be interesting to read some past stories of the injuries Scott has had and how he has recovered from them. I know most people who lift/exercise eventually have an injury even though it may be small.

Seth,

I wrote and article on this site about muscle tears based on my personal experience tearing my left bicep and how I recovered. I have also recovered recently from a very slight calf tear using the same recovery principles. Outside of breaking bones (which I have done) and strained/torn joints/ligaments, muscle tears suck and not a fun injury to have :-)

I know Scott hurt his left shoulder a while back but other than that he hasn't had any serious/major issues.

Yes I read your article and enjoyed it. Definately do not want to go through a bicep tear. Nice to hear how well you have recovered and that you are back to normal. When I read about others injuries it is a good reminder for me personnally to warm up well and listen to my body while lifting.

I watch Dragon Ball Z before I work out.
