I saw Scott's facebook post about Advanced Bodyweight workouts and thought it was a good idea to share some exercises I know. I use to do gymnastics and love bodyweight workouts (I should really do them more often). I'll start off with a video of an exercise using still rings.
The video shows two different movements, the first couple of reps are a bit harder to do. The second movement (with bent arms) is more suitable for more reps (in my case). This exercises focusses mostly on your lats and core.
