Hey everybody, I'm 15 years old. I want to master my basics in calisthenics to then move to advanced movements. I also have access to a gym on mondays tuesdays thursdays and fridays. Like I said I want to master my basics and also use weights to gain strength quickly. Can someone help me trying to create and optimal routine?

Thanks!

Hey man!

The best place to start is with variations of pull-ups, dips, push-ups, etc.

All you need is a stable bar! Have you started yet?

Yes! I have found a routine call mastering the basics and the exercises are push-ups/pull-ups/dips/squats/hyperextensions/leg raises. In squats i'm adding weight to gain strength quickly to do the pistol squat. In push-ups/pull-ups I'm using the runtastic program to force myself to do a progression.

i will create a training log to post my progression!
