    Help with mealplan

    July 13, 2019, 7:29 am

Hi everyone, I'm starting with the plan "Bodyweight beginner workout program"(with University i don't have time to go to the gym)

    I am 22 yo, 175cm and 63kg, my body fat is 13%,

I'm starting to create my mealplan but I can't figureout some problems. On the page "meal planner" the calculator of BMR request the exercise level, what I should choose "little or no excersise" o "light exercise" (I am using the MONTH1 program). About MACRO what I should choose "lean muscle gain"?

I know from your video Scott that I should eat 1.5 grams of protein. Because I don't think I need to loose weight and after muscle growth, I think I can do both at the same time.

    Be free to ask anithing.
    (Sorry for my English)

    Hi !

If you are on a program then you should pick something above the little or no exercise option. Either the light exercise or something above that depending on if you have an active job or do other sports in addition to your training.

"Should I chose lean muscle gain" - If that is your goal then yes. If you do not need to lose weight as you say, you need to eat in a small caloric surplus to gain lean muscle and not add fat. Try that out on the calculator and see how it works.

    Hope this helps !

    Help with mealplan

    August 7, 2019, 11:49 pm

Hey people, now when i have decided to take my nutrition seriously, i find myself stucked. Since im vegan, i have limited choices of protein source. My daily source from protein comes from kidney beans, lentils and quinoa. However i am afraid that consuming the same protein source everyday will cause kidney stones or something. Please help me.
