Hunger during the day after fulfilling macros

I get hungry trying to provide enough nutrients for my muscle but also to maintain a caloric deficit. Any tips?

Im trying to lose weight and maintain muscle at the same time. Im fulfilling my macros per day for me but i still get really hungry sometimes. Just wondering if you know any ways or foods to beat this hunger or should i re-adjust my food?

@Bucko4x4 Including more fat in your diet is a good option because that can help make you feel fuller. Make sure you're drinking enough water too - sometimes when you think you're hungry you might just be thirsty.

 

Also, you can typically only gain muscle and lose fat at the same time if you're a beginner. If you're not a beginner anymore, try focusing on one or the other.
