@Audxius Use the number you get from the calculator here on the @mealplan page as a starting point. So around 3500 calories. It seems like a lot when you're trying to lose fat, but being 16 years old and weighing 110kg or over 240lbs, it makes sense that even when cutting you still need a lot of calories. You can start there and reduce the calories as you go if you need to to keep losing weight.
One thing though - being 16, you shouldn't be cutting for very long. You should only really be cutting if your body fat % is really high. Do you know what your bf% is?
Also, those workouts aren't bad as such, but I notice there's nothing for your chest? The upper body workouts seems heavily focused on arms and shoulders rather than chest and back.
