Hi Scott and hello to other users!

I watched the video for buil a meal plan and i count my macro's like Scott did in that video. But I don't understand if i have to eat that macro's every day (i think not), especially in the rest days.

Currently I worked out 3 days a week with a full budy program and I want to gain muscle. My question is:

In the rest days, shold I eat the same amount of protein, fat and carbs that I eat when I'm training? If not, how less should I eat?

I do, I always eat as much no matter if I train or not, seems to work well for me. Since you are trying to gain muscle I would guess it works for you to. My suggestion is that you try it out, and if you are gaining fat on it, adjust it.

You should drop the calories overall. Meaning you will drop both carbs, fat and protein. But keep the protein as high as you can, so evenly take away from carbs and fat Id say is the best.

Your goal right now is to build muscle and in that respect you need to eat so I'd eat the same everyday. You are going to build fat with muscle no matter but if you gain fat excessivley then cut back calorie intake for sure.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. @showcrime great advice here from William and Aaron!

It really depends. Some people do better when eating the same amount every day, others have better results when changing their intake a little on rest days. It really depends how many rest days you're having. If it's only 1 or 2, you can probably get away with eating the same amount. If it's morelike 3 or 4 rest days, then maybe you should cut back your total calories on those days you're not training and not burning as much.

Watch this video to get a better understanding of it too!
