So I noticed in the mirror that for the last few days I started to look.... "fluffier", less muscle definition and looks a tiny bit fatter, And I'm trying to pinpoint what made me look fluffier, The options I have in mind are these:

1. I haven't worked out for the past 2 weeks because of some health issues.

2. (tied to the 1st) I Haven't Taken Creatine or Gotten any pump in those 2 weeks.

3. I tried eating more fats these past 2 weeks since I felt my libido going down.

4. Maybe a Combination of all 3 of these?.

Would be glad to get any kind of help with this topic, So if anyone knows anything, Please share!, Thanks for reading!

If you haven't been working out, it could be water retention. You probably aren't sweating much out. I don't think it would be the fats, BUT some people react differently to certain foods, so it could be a new fat source that is causing bloating.

I'd say that's mainly what it is. Having not worked out probably has something to do with it, so like you say it's probably a little mixture of things. If you are still in that deficit and losing weight though, I wouldn't worry about it.

I was cutting this summer and looked lean (leaner then Ive ever been) Went on vaction for a week and ate more food out side of the cutting phase and had that fluff look too. I think its your body adding water and changing your diet abit. Just my 2 cents

Hey BuffMetalhead,

Sounds like water retention to me. If it's only been two weeks it's highly unlikely that you gained a signifcant amount of fat to cause a fluffy look even if you weren't training or diet wasn't on point. I really doubt the other stuff is as serious as you might think. Start training hard again and get that diet on point. I would recommend a meal plan to make sure you dial everything in correctly. You should be perfect in no time!
