Hope all is going well at your end. Hey i finally started working out. Though at times i skip the workout 😉 but i am trying hard to not let that happen and certainly i enjoy workingout with you ( I mean seeing your videos).
Hey i recently started eating oatmeal in the morning as breakfast with milk + a spoon of peanut butter + nuts and brown sugar. But i often feel sleepy after half or an hour. I read it increases the blood sugar level rapidly and hence makes sleepy. Some articles suggested eating oatmeal in dinner is much benficial for same reasons. So what do you say ? If i feel sleepy after eating oatmeal, is there any problem or its fine ?
