Can someone check my Macros?

re did my goals after a month of exercising.

So i re did my calorie goals because before i wanted to loose weight, but i want to gain weight because i realized that im skinny fat and thanks to one of scotts recent videos i need to gain more weight. and i started to, i was at 20% body fat about a month ago and im down to 17% body fat!!! 

So as i said i re did my macros and i just wanted some advice as to if its good or not. based off scotts video of building your meal plan i got

protien:240g

carbs:260g

fat:80g

calorie total- 2720

 

But on the muscular strength website ajd the calorie calculator it said

protien-197

carbs-428

fat-59

calorie total-3000

Not sure which to follow, and advice would be helpful. 

some extra stuff- Im 23 going to be 24, i weight 160, 17% body fat, my goal is to get to 180 in the long run, but for now i want to get to at least 170 by june. Im also following the 12 week plan. Thanks again!

Congrats on the fat loss man! Time to make some GAINZ!!!

 

I think your first set of macros are pretty good, but 3000 calories might be a better target if your goal is weight gain, and if that's what you got from the calculator based off of how often you will be training. So maybe just boost the fat and carbs a little bit to increase the calories...

 

Protein: 240g (960 Calories)

Carbs: 280g (1120 Calories)

Fat: 100g (900 Calories)

 

Total Calories = 2980

 

What do you think of those nubmers? And then if you want to keep the gains lean, take the carbs back to more like 150g-200g on off days, and boost the protein to maybe 250g and fats to 120g to make up for some lost calories.
