Hi guys im new here and this will be my first post,  i am 47 years old and live in north east Wyoming. In my state its legal to sell unregulated foods like Raw cows milk, home grown eggs, raw honey etc.  i have my own ducks and chickens for eggs and i have been using raw whole cows milk.

My question, is raw cows milk too high in calories for fat loss?  I know i should probably skim the cream off the top but i have been just leaving it. 😮

I guess what i am getting at is what is your thoughts on using the least processed foods possible?

Hey @Herculesinwyo! The new grandfather 😊

The only reason it would be 'bad' for fat loss is if it meant you ended up going over your total calorie intake for the day, and maybe your total fat intake too. But if you are accounting for it in your overall macros and calories for the day, then I don't see a problem with it. Definitely a good idea to fill your diet with foods that have minimal processing!

I used your calculators on the main page and am adjusting accordingly. I was close but carbs were high and protein a bit low.

I will get it dialed in.
