Hi all,
Recently I've started to try do some calisthenics but when doing hanging leg raises or L-sit on parallettes, I'm unable to lift my legs to a height that is parallel to the floor. There is a muscle in my leg (I think it may be my hip flexor muscle) that gets really tight and I'm unable to go any further.
I'm wondering if there is any good stretches or anything I can do to loosen them up.
