sorry for the whole long thing>

its a bit messy STUFFS ALL OVER HTE PLACE . LIKE SNAKCS ETC .

I LIKE TO EAT ABOUT 7 TIMES A DAY

first time i actually worked it out , i thaught my eating was correct until one of scots last videos where he

broke down hes diet.

so previously i was eating bout 1800 Calories..

i assume this would have killed growth , my rest matobo etc seems to be the same as scotts.

DAMMIT WENT OFF TOPIC.

so anyway , I asked the question bout doing bench the way you speak off and everyone told it would be bad , cause im not doing full range , that would cause injury ,

or do you just do it as a strength increase.

currently doing most my bech sets at 160LBS

warmup is with 20lbs + pushups

MAIN TOPICK WAS INJURY ????????

"sorry i tend to drift after a hard workout , my minds a bit F - ed

haha it is all good Anthony!

I want to adjust your macros a bit.. boost your protein to 238grams and lower cabrs to 200grams

As far as the bench... this is the form you should use at all times
