Hi Scott I just got done making my account. I'm the guy that posted on youtube asking about doing MMA in the summer and asking what kind of a strength workout I need. I put in Bf% on my profile and I couldn't find where to put my BMR but here it is (1479.65). Also I really don't have a meal plan right now and to be honest I stopped going to the gym.About 2 months ago because I didn't want to do a bulking workout anymore so I have been spending the last 2 months deciding what I want to do.But now I know for sure that I want to mainly focus on building up strength.So if you could also help me build a meal plan I would really appreciate that.
