Been training for a few years and I see a lot of videos pop up about doing a 100 rep challenge.
Has anyone done it and if so when do you know you're ready to do this? Or should you do it?

@EssCee What kind of 100 rep challenge are you talking about? Like 100 reps of just one particular movement? Could you tell us a little more about the challenge? I've done things like 400 rep workouts before as well as doing 10 sets of 10s during my workouts, so is that (10 sets of 10) the kind of thing you're talking about?
@scott_herman yes that's correct. I've seen some people who do let's say 100 reps on bench or overhead press etc and always wondered when this should be done as I think it's a challenge within itself.
I'm not sure how this should be combined into a workout as no doubt it would affect your recovery? Thanks
