is weird because there’s a lot of ppl in the gym that have no goals they will increase the weight every set knowing that they are doing strength training than bodybuilding focus. But for my self I will definitely focus a little bit more on strength because it can help when I’m doing progressive overload on compound exercise like pull ups and dips etc.

@clutch_1994 Well, everyone has different goals I guess! Some people are just happy to be at the gym doing something to stay active, with no ambitions of really getting bigger stronger or smaller - some just want to maintain and be fit and that's OK!

 

As long as you have your goals set out and you're chasing them every day, that's what matters! Stay focused on that and keep progressing man!
