My suggestion is to maybe try doing a 5X5 or 7X4 for sets  at like 80% of your 1rm or even 90%  instead of going for 8-10 and add 10-20 lbs a week. The higher set lower reps setup is more geared towards strength gain and the higher reps are usually better suited for gaining mass.Personally has helped me alot i do the 7 sets of 4 with 2 warm up sets beforehad that i dont count towards rep total.Ive managed to go from about 180lb deadlift(like a 5,3,3 rep set lol) in november 2012 to now doing my sets at 280-305 7X4 warmup at 225-240 8-10X2(Romanian deadlift on warmup at that weight for me.)I'm only 150 lbs btw =) hope this helps. And looking at your other lifts it makes me wonder why you havnt been able to make any gains on deadlift, you dont have a bad back/past injury or anything like that do you?

I agree try doing 5 sets of 5 reps with 245 for example. try doing that weight for every set and it will help you build strength. Me and my training partner did 5X5 for chest and it increased our bench max a lot! I suggest you give it a try!

5X5 would be a great program to help improve your strength.

you can also try 5-3-1

For the deadlift specifically, check out this video. It will really help you pinpoint weak areas.
