Hi Scott and Team - been a while...

After some life bouts, I'm getting back at it.  I am looking for a new scale that will also show body composition, etc.  If there is a scale plus some other device(s) that would do a better job, I'm interested in knowing that, too.

I've never really "tracked" anything -- though I am a meticulous numbers guy in everything else I do. Only makes sense to track the numbers about myself I suppose.

Not trying to spend $1,000 or anything like that -- but if anyone has any suggestions on equipment, I'm all ears.

Thanks!

Michael Jordan and gambling, well, there are a lot of stories. It wasn’t all golf. The way you and I feel about money is different from the way Jordan feels about it. He makes millions of dollars, and a few thousand dollars waged on a competition to make it a little more interesting to watch https://bet365app.in/login/ or to play means the same to him as buying a coffee for a friend means to you and me. And we are talking about a guy with a huge competitive fire, a guy who believes that he is unstoppable, unbeatable, if he only works hard, and he knows that he will work hard.

@findsolushans Hey Shan!

This is one of the more popular options for a scale these days, which gives you a rough estimation of body fat % and muscle % along with your actual body weight! Check it out!

I like the Nokia 'Body' scale; you can program it for different users and it will send your weight to an app on your phone.

The app then shows your measurements on a graph

There are more expensive models that purport to tell your fat % etc. - but we all know those aren't very accurate.

Better to just measure your waist every day with a tape.

The scale is smart enough to send the appropriate weight to the appropriate family member's phone app.

Once a week it will send you an email with your average for the week.

But why not calculate your average for the last 7-days every day? It smooths out the highs and lows better

I just put the daily weight in a spreadsheet and calculate a rolling 7-day average every day.

@BlairA That's a good tip about calculating the average! Either an average every 7 days, or just weighing yourself once a week at roughly the same time on the same day of the week will give an accurate representation of what your weight is doing!

That Nokia 'Body' Scale sounds good though!
