I am not having a very good experience with the Phone App. When I originally signed up, one of my main reasons was because of the advertised Scanner for adding foods. This sounded great but I never found where this was done in the App. I gave up at  the time, but now I am getting serious about my diet and I have tried to use the Meal Planner in the App again. I still cannot figure out how to scan my foods.

Also, I tried to do a simple Forum Search for help on scanning and the App did not work at all. It appeared to update but all it showed was the entire list of forums again with no actual result from my search. I signed on to the Website on my Laptop and did the same search for "scan" and it showed  a single unanswered post. I thought it was odd that only one post had ever been done about scanning, so I tried searching for "fat" which  should occur quite often. It comes back with a list of 10 results followed by a "Show More" button. Pressing the "Show More" button gives an error "Sorry, we are unable to view any more"

Hey @Poorman65, I will contact the meal plan technitions and see whats going on!

For now.. login and go to FAVORITES - > FOODS - > CREATE A NEW CUSTOM FOOD

Once there you can add the EXACT nutrition label of your foods to ensure you know what you are putting in your body.

Hav you tried that yet?

Thanks for the reply, Scott. I haven't tried adding foods manually since I know that scanning will be much quicker. I'll wait and see what the technicians have to say and go from there.

Yeah I understand man. I will get back to you once the issue has been looked into! But entering them yourself for now will mean you can still use it to fill your daily @mealplan 😊
