Hey I need help regarding these two
I'm 16 and I weigh 70kg and I've been training for 2 years and I've always struggled the most with deadlifts.
I can squat 150 kg for 1 but I really struggle with 180 kg deadlift, can only do 1 rep if i do them in the beginning of the workout with alot of hype.
I would like to know what would be to cause for this, my form is perfect on both of these movements and I've checked with others and they say that I have good form, could it be my leverages since i belive i have short arms cause i can bench 103kg for 1 rep and ohp 70 for 1 rep. What can i do to get my numbers up on the deadlift ?, ( i do sumo btw).
