Hi Scott.

I have question about getting fit.

I attached 2 photos, one is me and the other is the one I like to become.

I don't know how to do it, where I should start, and which topic I should choose (like gaining muscle or lose weight or become bulk, etc) and I like to have a diet but I don't know is it necessary or not?

And if you give me some tips about coaches and how to choose properly, will be great because I'm in iran and can't contact with you directly

Tnx u

@mhs2001 Hey my friend!

Are you a complete newbie to training? If you are, the first thing you want to do is get yourself into a slight calorie surplus. You're not super lean right now, but you don't look obese by any means, so your first goal in my opinion should be to add some more muscle mass if that is your goal you're aiming towards!

So you can use the @mealplan page here on the site by choosing the 'Muscle Gain' option, then it will give you some macros and calories to aim for daily! Along with that I'd go with my Full Body Evolution program as well! https://muscularstrength.com/program/full-body-evolution

Also, I do online coaching if you are interested!
