Hey Scott and everyone!
I used to have premium for a year or so up until about 2 months ago (had to save some money), and as a sneaky bastard I am, I downloaded all the programs.
Now I wanna switch from my "custom" plan I put together from various sources and custom needs, to the Full Body Evolution program, however I don't want to perform the upright row - some reasons behind that, warnings on youtube, i experience pain in my shoulders the next day, even though I think my form is good...
So what would you recommend as a good exercise in this specific plan to swap it out?
I'm thinking dumbbell high pulls, however I wanted a pro tip. Thank you so much!
