My age: 21
Height: 5'7
Weight: 82.5 kg
Fat: 27.5%
Goal: lean muscle gain while losing fat
Exercise: I've been doing PHUL for 6 months but have seen no changes, will start doing FBE.
My BMR at rest is 1900 calories/day, i was wonder if i eat 1600 calories per day while maintaining a high protein intake, will it help me gain lean muscle while losing fat? or do i need to be on a slight surplus?
