I searched facepulls on YouTube, watched Scott’s old video on them. Interesting thing is almostevery YouTube video on face pulls I watched were totally different techniques. I guess there’s many ways to do them. I want to target traps and maintain shoulder health .
‘So I prefer the form Scott showed in his video. My thoughts are just because there’s a video on YouTube does not mean it’s good advice, so be selective on who’s advice you follow.
