Hey
I after 3 months I finished with all 3 month of the Cheat & Recover program. I loved this program but after 3 months i want to do other exercises, but i can't think of alternative exercises to the exrcises in the program , like for incline dumbell curl, hammer curl, barbell overhead press, dumbbell shrug ,rack pull ..
So I thought maybe to do the ppl challenge for 3 months and go back to Cheat & recover . tell me what you think , should I change or if anyone have alternates for the exrcises, because I'll go crazy if I keep doing the same thing to long.
