When I squat I allways get a lower back pump after I finish my set of heavy squats why?

Im expecting that it is because I have a little apt.

And will I get hurt if my lower back is like this (pumped)?

It doesn't hurt just feels activated and pumped

Could be your form. When squatting the main thing your lower back should be doing is stabilizing. If there's no pain it's probably not an issue.. but maybe record a set of squats to check that you're not going into spinal flexion just to be safe if you think you need to.

Also, if you think you have APT, are you working on fixing it?

Yeah seems like I have a litte apt. Will definitely try to fix it with stretches and strengthening the areas.
