Im lacking the most in chest, just wanna know if it is gemetics or my routine.
My diet and sleep is perfect and im a novice
It's a litte messy .but just so you get the general idea
Also can I stoll obtain a big chest while not having the best genetic in chest

Your split looks OK.. it's a little jumbled but I got the jist of it. The main thing I noticed is almost all of your upper body training is sets of 5 reps. Even as a novice/beginner, that's more on the strength training side. Having maybe one movement like that is OK, but I think you should try doing more in the 8-12 rep range to aim for more hypertrophy.
You might also benefit from a little more volume. If you're not seeing growth, first thing would be to make sure your @mealplan has you in a surplus and you are getting enough protein. Then it would be about making sure you have enough volume to grow. Maybe you need to try something like my Cheat & Recover program, which is a PPL split, so that you can get more volume in for each workout while still getting good frequency.
