Hey Scott, I'm wondering if my workout routine is good, personally my lower body is much stronger than my upper.

I'm lacking the most in the benchpress (cant lift much weight and I cant increase the weight as fast as I do for legs etc)

Just wanna know if it is genetics cause my diet and sleep is perfect or if it is something with my workout plan that's making it so my chest progresses the slowest

And if it is my genetics can I still obtain a big chest while not begin so strong just in the specific body part?
