Hey Scott,


I have been trying to find a good weekly routine for awhile now. I want to incorporate the maximum growth series in my weekly routine but also some fast paced fat burn stuff as well... What does a normal week at the gym look like for you? My goal is to build strength, size (but not too much) and shed some body fat.

I am up to date with all your routines, but I'm just curious about what routines you do throughout the week.

I'm sure Scott could recommend stuff for what you're going for but if you'd like to see what his weekly routine is, he updates his notebook all the time. Just click on his profile then look at his notebook. It might give you an idea of what he does on w weekly basis. Hope this helps for now!
