What's going on Nation? :)
I bought some Amino-X (Blu Raz ;) ) last week and thought you could give me some advice, like how often you'd suggest I drink it and maybe when it is best to drink (morning, evening, during workout etc.). For the last week now I've been drinking 1 scoop during my workout and one on rest days.
For furhter information: I'm training 4 times a week (monday and tuesday, wednesday is rest day, thursday and friday, and the weekend is als rest)
Since you are the SHF Community, I'm sure I'm getting just the best suggestions ;)
