    What's going on Nation? :)

     

    I bought some Amino-X (Blu Raz ;) ) last week and thought you could give me some advice, like how often you'd suggest I drink it and maybe when it is best to drink (morning, evening, during workout etc.). For the last week now I've been drinking 1 scoop during my workout and one on rest days.

    For furhter information: I'm training 4 times a week (monday and tuesday, wednesday is rest day, thursday and friday, and the weekend is als rest)

     

    Since you are the SHF Community, I'm sure I'm getting just the best suggestions ;)

    I like to have mine in the morning because I like to drink lots of water during my workouts. I feel like when I drink AMINO-X during my workouts I feel a bit dry mouth.. but that is just me. Lots of other people love drinking it during the workout and don't feel that way.

    @bsn AMINO-X has 0 stimulants so you can have it anytime really. You can even have it twice a day... just depends on how much you want to spend! haha

    I agaree with Scott when it comes to drinking the liquid aminos. Liquids are better for absobtion in your body compared to tablets, but with the amout of food I eat, water I drink, protein shakes, etc. I feel like I get way more bloated so I choose to take the BCAA tablets from my sponsor CTD Sports. I take one serving before my workout, immediately after my workout, and usually at least one other time during the day as a bridge between meals.

    I like to drink it to my workout because then the water tastes less boring ;) I'm drinking water the whole day so I like it when things getting a bit different :)

     

    And with the pills: Even though I don't have any problem with swole-oing (haha see what I did there? :P) pills, but I prefer drinking it, it's much more convenient, I think! :)

     

    I gotta say, I like the Watermelon flavor way more than Blu Raz....Blu Raz is drinkable, but Watermelon is just WOW! :D I think I'll stick to one scoop a day and look how I'm feeling with that :)
