Has Anyone ever used Anabolic Supplment to help get over a injury. If so would you recomend it, this the one I am thinking of using

I honestly don't this will have a significant impact on injury recovery. In terms of injury physical rehabilitation is by far the most effective method of recovery and best of all it costs nothing.

Perhaps if you explain your injury we could help you?

Have you had it official diagnosed? Has it from a trauma of some sort or did it just occur?

Matthew,

The marketing of this product is complete rubbish. Creatine and amino acids support muscle growth but do not create it - which a true anabolic like steroids do. This is just another protein powder/creatine mix that is no different or "anabolic" than all the other similar powders.

Daniel is right. Healing injuries need both proper nutrition and a rehabilitation protocol :-)
