Hey everyone, new here so trying this all out. I just started the push, pull legs program and got this pre-workout to help give me that boost while working out. Was wondering what you guys think of it, how much you take and whether you'd recommend any other brands for next time. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I can't provide any advice. I don't use nor believe in pre-workouts. They are mostly just hyped up caffeine drinks with added herbs that just jack your metabolism up artificially. It is best to train your metabolism to provide energy on demand by eating slow burning carbs and if you need a slight "boost" drinking plain old green tea or coffee is best, in my opinion.

Amino Energy isn't a crazy pre workout. It has alot of aminos with the caffeine intake = to coffee. If you are looking for something that is crazy stimmed or something like the old jack3d, mesomorph bodybuilding is really good.

I agree with John. It's not that intense anyway judging from the label. I only use BSN products so I don't have experience with this particular pre-workout.

 

If you want a strong preworkout go with NO XPLODE. If you are interested in a BCAAs supplement go with AMINO-X by BSN. Try them both and let me know what you think.
