@Adawg38 I definitely understand what you are saying but, I still don't see the point of consuming creatine supplement on non workout days.
I though the point of consuming creatine supplement is to help with immediate energy(ATP) production, by powering the anerobic respiration during a short but intense kind of exercise(ie. power lifting and sprinting).
Assuming that aerobic respiration is enough to produce ATP for muscle contraction during a rest day, what would be the purpose of creatine when one is on rest day?
Maybe they store the extra creatine supplement in the skeletal muscle during rest day?
