Nicck,

I would say without having any additional data points is that you want (2) quality protein supplements - a whey protein for pre-post workouts and a casein for before bedtime.  All other supplements are subjective in my opinion.  Protein is the most important key to growth, strength, and leaness.  There is only so much food you can physically eat in one day.  Protein supplementation is the only way to fill in the gaps that eating food can't.

If you are looking for a good pre workout supplement for focus and energy I would have to say go with N.0 Xplode 2.0 Fruit punch! Other than that you do need to make sure you are eating correctly for you goals. About an hour before you train you need to consume a light meal. About 30 minutes before you train you then consume your pre-workout. After you train you definitely want to get a good meal in whith in 30 minutes of completing your workout.
