I currently take extended release adderall every day during the week, and it's often still in my system when I head to the gym. I know that both can be and normally are stimulants, should I choose certain supplements (pre or post) taking this in consideration?

@sachsjoshsachs are you asking whether or not other supplements will have a negative effect? Others might have an opinion on that but I would say ask your doctor.
Is the adderall you are taking prescribed by a doctor/health professional?
Also, do you actually feel like you need more stimulant before the gym? After the gym, a protein powder shake would be a good idea, and I don't think that would interfere with the adderall given it is just protein.
But again, I am not a health professional, and in any case you should probably contact one regarding any querieis you have with your adderall.

I would like the same answers before I leave a comment as well.
What has your doctor said?

Speak to your doctor. As adderall is an amphetamine I would not feel confident giving you an answer as I do not know how any compounds reactive amphetamines.

Scott. I recently viewed a YouTube video where you tiered supplements based on spend availability. I use Synthr6 and Amino X with No Explode. Can you give me some advise relating to No Explode and Cell Mass - do both have creatine and are they redundant? I dont want to push too much supplementation though my kidney's if it is not productive to lean muscle.
Thoughts?

@Petesalcido yes NO -Xplode and Cell Mass both have creatine. See here for more information on what they both do and their ingredients:
Are they redundant? No. They both have their benefits and will enhance your workouts, no doubt. However, you need to have a solid MEAL PLAN sorted in order for them to have a full effect.
Do you need them? No. SUPPLEMENTS are there to SUPPLEMENT your diet, to give you something you might otherwise be lacking.
Will they damage your kidneys? I highly doubt it, unless you pretty much gorge on them and take way more than the recommended dosages.
Supplements are great to give you that extra edge in the gym to push even harder. That in turn helps you yourself produce more lean muscle. But you have to make sure your meal plan is on point before you think about adding all different kinds of supplements.
