I personally have my Creatine in the morning, just an energizer for preworkout and protien shake post workout. I know there are 'Pre-workout' supplements that already contain Creatine in them so just read the list of Ingredients so you can effectively manage how much Creatine you are getting (5g is enough)

If you want to know about the ingredients involved in most preworkout supplements then this link should help

Hope that helps

Jai Reece,

It is up to you and you can use either or both together. I still think the most beneficial supplement that provides more bang-for-the-buck is creatine. It works and is one ingredient. I am not a fan of pre-workouts personally as most of them are just caffeine and sugar. There are better sources of caffeine like green tea and you don't need the sugar.
