so here is today’s update! Lol since you asked. I have definitely leaned out some abd notice more overall definition. I know it could have been better since the end of November but on December 7th, I threw my back out but kept pushing through, then the day after Christmas it got very much worse and I had to take a whole week off! I went to the chiropractor and he adjusted me and helped it a lot. To sum it up, one hip was raised almost a inch and a half from the other side and I couldn’t stand up straight for 4 days!
that being said; this program works! And even with my hiccups I made progress! So now that I am better, I am looking forward to sharing even better progress at the end of January! Woo
I mean..  it’s a start.

@Kris_Krop Oh man that's not good about your back and hip, but at least you got it sorted out!

I can for sure see some changes in your physique too! The chest and arms look more defined, the triceps are really popping and the abs look tighter too! Awesome work man!

Now that you're back to being 100% the gains will come even quicker too! How are you enjoying Guaranteed Gains?!

I just started your free GG program this week, so watched parts of your videos as I really haven't done glute pumps or the like.

But, my question is why, when I watch your calf videos, do you not go into a negative stretch position?  When you are doing standing barbell raises, OK, I get it (terrible calf exercise IMO), but on seated it looks the same, you only go to parallel.  And, I think your physique is fantastic, but your calves look like crap compared to the rest of your body.  Just sayin'

@nederveit Of course there is no negative with the barbell calf raise, as you can't go past the floor to dip your heels down. But I most definitely get a negative stretch during the seated calf raise.

Also, my calves actually look great. I get compliments on my calves quite often. Are they the best calves in the world? No, but I'm happy with them and I train them extremely hard.

If you're looking to give constructive criticism, try something like "have you though about working "X" a little more, as it looks like that / they may be lagging a little in my view, it would really complete your physique!".

@nederveit why you gatta go and disrespect  a mans calves?

1: Scott is a natural bodybuilder, so it’s not going to look like a comic book super hero or someone you see all greased up on stage from rounds.

2: his calves are great!

3: let’s see your calves.

@Kris_Krop Haha thanks for the support bro! I'm happy with my calves too! Though I am looking to get some more growth by hitting them with some Nuclei Overload Training for the next 30 days!
