I am happy to finally see some FORM VIDEOS!!  Also, you can actually insert the youtube URL in the video ICON to embed it.  I adjusted your post to show the videos here!

1. The rack pull looks good, just sit at the top for a few seconds to REALLY feel the stretch on the traps!

2. Spider-Curl looks great!  But I now you can lift more weight than that!  Load it up my bro!
