    12 Week Home Program

    Hi, I am new to this program and I started ir today. I need an alternative exercise for the Laying T extension because I have back problems. Thanks for your response.

    @manhuertas Which part of your back do you have problems with? Is it your lower back? Have you tried doing some mobility to work through that problem? Let's see if we can fix it before changing to an alternative exercise!

    Hi, thanks for your response. It is my lower back some herniated disks.

    @manhuertas OK. Have you been to see a specialist about that?


    In the meantime, as a replacement, try doing either a rear delt fly or dumbbell shrugs to light up those rear delts or upper traps!
