I would imagine those are sufficient calories, however just as important is making sure you're getting enough protein in your diet. Especially when losing weight, you will need enough protein to preserve as much muscle mass as possible. Do you know your specific macros and how many grams of protein you are getting in each day?

Just did InBody again this morning.
Says I’m 166.5 and 8.2% BF.
Now I did do a lot of bike riding yesterday but as well, I have IBS and until Wednesday I had been having a significant flare up (bloating/more backed up).
A trainer at the gym told me any digestive issues can throw it off...so I’m wondering if that is why I dropped weight but gained so called bodyfat, and now that things have cleared, that I’m actually ok?
