    Newbe question

    September 5, 2019, 9:05 pm

I have been lifting for 5 months as a skinny fat guy. My pectoral growth has been on the outer part of each pec towards the top of the muscle. Since i have been flat chested forever i was wondering if this pattern is normal. Doing mostly flat bench press with inclines too.

    Any feed back is great

    Thank you

Well, any chest exercise works the entire chest. SHAPE is going to be genetics. Are you eating enough food to promote mucle growth?

Ok good. I thought maybe my form was off. I do have small pec gains elsewhere its just more pornounced at the outer area.

I have been trying to not only eat more but healthier. I have been skin and bone most my life but gained fat in my early 30’s. Eating more for me is a real stuggle even with protein shakes
