I'm 18 and weigh 75kg with around 14% body fat. I have been training for 14 months and put on 13kg of muscle. I mostly just did 5x5 barbell bench press twice a week for chest however have been trying 3 sets of 8 reps of dumbbell bench press and flyes for the last month. Although, my chest is growing outwards (looks worse in person). I only bench around 65kg 5x5 but that's a lot more than what I was initially doing. How can I fix this?

@BraydenS19 I don't think your chest looks bad at all man. No matter what muscle you work on and grow, it will grow out. It won't only grow out to the sides if that's what you were thinking. Having a big, full chest is a good thing!
