@casadogg sorry for the late reply! But if that ever happens again, yes you can absolutely do abs in the evening after training upper or lower body in the morning. Hope you are enjoying the program and training hard! 😠💪

Hi scott just joined up today! im having trouble downloading the 12 week calendar and viewing it on both my pc and phone
any ideas?

To view the calendar, you just need some form of Excel - it doesn't have to be Word, but it needs to be Excel of some kind, then you can open the calendar on your PC and use the tabs at the bottom of the Excel sheet to change between the different months of the program.
For your phone, have you downloaded the app? You should be able to view the calendars no toruble there, just go into one of the routines and hit the calendar!
