What to eat?

Just got done calculating my macros, what food should i eat?

Hey, i just got done calculating my macros which for weight loss should be 

2300 kcal

250g Protein

100g Carbs

90-100g Fat

Im not that good with food so what is there to recommend to fill those macros out.
