would you recommend "Clif Builder's Protein" bars if im trying to gain? its similar to the metrics bars you described in the video (10 grams of fat, 280 calories, 20 grams of protein, and 29 carbs). Ive been eating them as a morning snack in between my breakfast and lunch to try and get more protein, carbs, and calories in my diet. (Slightly difficult to reach 3k every day to gain weight)
I like to get a quest bar every once in a while if I'm traveling or pressed for time but like you said no bar will replace the value of real food Good info!
