About Me
I've never been able to get into fitness. The atmosphere at the gym has always been a little intimidating to me. I've been pretty lucky in that I've been skinny all my life. But this sedentary life is catching up with me and I need to do something about it before it's too late. I started working with a trainer a couple months ago and wanted to utilize Scott's meal plan tool to help make improvements in my diet.
