My story begins a long time ago and includes being bullied and never really liking myself. I've tried a lot of different things to fill that need. I have done a lot of work on my heart and mind over the years. In the fall of 2017, my wife and I came to the decision to get the life that we wanted despite what obstacles may be present. This included several things, but namely it began a journey in fitness. I began by watching you tube videos and working out at home. I quickly recognized a smiling New Englander's (Scott Herman) warmth, energy, and straight forwardness as something separate from the rest of the media options. Over the past 2 years, Scott helped me gain a body that I am proud of. I am now a member of a large gym in my area where I proudly do my best alongside some real meat heads (and totally non natty guys). I am currently going through the Full Body Evolution program and seeing gains. I plan to continue this lifestyle from now on. It has given me energy, positivity/hope, strength (not just physically), and confidence. I have gained over 30lbs since starting. I am an inch taller. People interact with me differently. I even have people asking me for fitness tips at my gym now. Thanks Scott for what you do. Thank you God for what you do. And Thank you Brittney (my wife) for what you do. Together, I'm ready to be a storm to any obstacle life throws my way. -MH
